About Us

JT Gangwal co-created Rhinehart Management in 2005 and has been responsible for operations, development, and capital renovations. This includes the oversight of over 60 employees at 5 different locations (2 hotels and 3 self storages). JT led the development and construction of the Holiday Inn Express in Helen, GA that opened in 2016. He successfully converted a 57-room Super 8 into a newly renovated SureStay by Best Western in 2018. Both hotels have won brand awards and have been recognized for superior quality and guest service. JT earned his B.S. in Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005.

He resides in Brookhaven, GA with his wife and 3 children. JT enjoys spending time with his kids, golfing, and traveling.

Jetan Gangwal co-created Rhinehart Management in 2005 and has been responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of a portfolio of commercial properties (currently two hotels and three self-storage facilities). Jetan is also key in analyzing new deals in both acquisition and development. He led the process of financing the construction of the 86-room Holiday Inn Express in Helen, GA.

Jetan has a dual degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He resides in Dunwoody with his wife and enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with family.

Guy Slabbaert brings over 25 years of balanced hospitality leadership and experience at both the hotel and corporate levels. Starting his career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in 1996, Guy’s career progression included leadership roles within hotels in multiple market segments and countries. He spent valuable time with Hyatt, Omni, and Hilton, and more recently led the Quality Organization for InterContinental Hotels Group prior to joining Perform Management in 2022.

A retired officer from the Israeli Defense Forces and a graduate of Webber International University with a degree in Hospitality Business Management, Guy brings passion and structure to the operation each and every day.

Carol Powell has been part of Perform Management for the past 21 years. Before taking on her present role, she led award-winning teams at multiple brands as a successful Director of Sales and General Manager. Prior to her career with Perform Management, she was the Contracts Manager for Consolidated Resorts Timeshare Development in Maui, Hawaii, for 10 years.

Carol attended the University of Montana and has earned her Certified Hospitality Administrator designation in the hospitality industry, as well as numerous industry awards for sales and marketing.

Carol currently serves on the board of directors for the United Way of White County and the executive board of the Helen Arts and Heritage Center, supporting efforts to preserve the historical features of White County and promote economic development through tourism.

Chelsi began her career with Perform Management as a facility manager for one of the company’s self-storage properties. She was promoted to general manager overseeing multiple self-storage facilities and has recently transitioned into the role of Regional Director of Storage Operations. Her background in customer service and business management has allowed her to excel in self-storage operations. She has taken several classes to enhance her management skills and has received certificates in Telework & Telecommunication, Time Management, Business Etiquette, Emotional Intelligence, Attention Management, Goal Management, Customer Service, and Workplace Diversity.

Chelsi has two daughters and uses her spare time to support charity initiatives.

Mya graduated from Georgia Piedmont Technical College with a focus on computerized accounting.

She has nine years of experience in all phases of accounting, bookkeeping, and internal control in various private industries in the U.S.

Mya joined Perform Management in 2023 and supports all financial aspects of both the hotel and storage divisions.

Ashwini joined Perform Management in 2018 and supports both the hotel and storage divisions.

Prior to joining Perform Management, she worked at Pyramid Technology Solutions in Indianapolis as an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist while also managing portions of payroll using ADP Workforce Now. Ashwini resides in Alpharetta with her husband and two children and enjoys traveling and gardening in her free time.
